Change the Resolution and Print Quality (Windows®)

The Resolution and Print Quality options let you select the print resolution. Print quality and speed are related: the higher the quality, the longer it will take to print the document.
  1. Select the print command in your application.
  2. Select Lenovo MXXXX (where XXXX is the name of your model), and then click the printing properties or preferences button.
    The printer driver window appears.
  3. Click the Basic tab.
  4. Do one of the following:

    • (M7206W/M7216NWA/M7256WHF)

      Click the Resolution drop down list, and then select the print resolution you want to use.

      • 300 dpi
      • 600 dpi
      • HQ 1200

    • (M7206/M7216/M7255F/M7256HF)

      Click the Print Quality drop down list, and then select the print quality you want to use.

      • Draft
      • Normal
      • Fine
  5. Click OK.
  6. Complete your print operation.
